1. Introduction
Welcome to Probashir Taxi
. By accessing or using our website and transportation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Probashir Taxi provides transportation-related services including:
Airport pickup and drop-off
Car rental services
Round-trip transportation
Corporate transport
Helicopter booking and related travel services
3. Booking Policy
Bookings should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled journey.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including name, phone number, pickup location, and destination.
Probashir Taxi will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Booking confirmation will be sent via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
4. Payment Terms
Advance payment may be required for certain bookings.
Customers are required to pay the agreed fare and any applicable additional charges.
Extra charges may apply for:
Additional waiting time
Extra stops
Route changes
Late-night services
5. Waiting Charges
Up to 1 hour of waiting time may be provided free of charge depending on the service type.
Additional waiting time may incur extra hourly charges.
6. Cancellation & Modification
Customers should notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled trip for cancellation or modification.
Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full cancellation charges.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree:
Not to carry illegal or hazardous items inside the vehicle.
To maintain proper behavior during the journey.
To compensate for any intentional damage caused to the vehicle.
8. Company Rights
Probashir Taxi reserves the right to:
Cancel or refuse bookings for safety or operational reasons.
Modify services due to unavoidable circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, strikes, or natural disasters.
Refuse service to customers involved in misconduct.
9. Limitation of Liability
Probashir Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company will not be responsible for lost or forgotten items.
10. Privacy Policy
Customer information will be kept secure and confidential. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
Probashir Taxi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
